Shipping policy
1 General Terms
Ordering online is the easiest way to arrange delivery or Click and Collect from my Woodend studio, but you're always welcome to call or text me on 027 405 2100. You can order up to 20 working days ahead.
Deliveries are done by me or my team in the first instance. If we're unable to deliver ourselves, a third-party freight company may be used.
Please let us know about anything that could get in the way of a delivery, like security gates or animals, and a safe place to leave your order if no one is home, plus a number to call if appropriate. A re-delivery fee will apply if goods need to come back to the studio.
Reach out to me on 027 405 2100 if you have any concerns or questions.
2 Deliveries
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00pm to most North Canterbury postcodes
- Same-day delivery: order by 1pm Monday to Friday, subject to availability. Slots are limited each day, so on busy days it's best to order early.
- Sorry, same-day delivery is generally unavailable in Christchurch at this stage.
- There is a $39 minimum order for delivery. Click and Collect is free, with no minimum.
- Deliveries outside these times can be arranged directly with me on 027 405 2100. I can sometimes squeeze something in.
