Shipping policy

1 General Terms

Deliveries are done by me or my team in the first instance however third party freight companies may be used if we are unable to delivery ourselves.

Let us know potential obstructions to delivery like security gates and animals and/or a safe place to leave items if no one is at home and numbers to call if appropriate. A re-delivery fee will apply if goods need to come back to studio.

2 Deliveries

Deliveries are completed Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm in Most North Canterbury Post Codes
Deliveries outside of these times can be arranged directly with me on 027 405 2100
Same day delivery bookings need to be in by 1pm
Sorry same day delivery is generally unavailable in Christchurch at this stage

3 Delivery Areas and Costs

Delivery areas and costs are set by post code. If a post code is not below its not a standard delivery area for me and it would be best to give me a call 027 405 2100.

Collection is available from my studio Monday - Friday and Saturday Mornings. There's plenty of parking on the road.

Orders can be booked through the pickup system online as sometimes I pop out on deliveries but call/txt me if you have any questions or need collection times outside of these. 027 4052100.
