We are guided by the Consumers Guarantees Act NZ. If you are unhappy with a product purchased we will assess on a case by case basis towards a replacement or refund.
To asses, we require proof of purchase and photos of faulty or substandard products to support the claim. Due to the nature of fresh flowers we prefer evidence earlier, generally within 7 days of delivery|collection. Other products can be up to 20 days from delivery|collection.
Accepted claims will be refunded to your original method of payment typically within 2-5 working days.
