Delivery

1. General Terms

  • Deliveries are done by me or my team in the first instance.
     

  • Deliveries are done by third party freight companies if we are not able to deliver ourselves.
     

  • Let us know potential obstructions to delivery like security gates, animals, safe places to leave items if no-ones home, and numbers for us to call. A re-delivery fee will apply if the goods need to come back to base. I want to help so Call me on +64 027 405 2100 if any questions.

2. Standard Delivery

  • Bookings are made Monday to Friday in a 9am-6pm window
     

  • Can be booked for next day if the order is in before 2pm  
     

  • I want to help

4. Delivery Areas & Costs

 Delivery areas are set by post code
 

  • Standard Delivery - Area A ($10)
    Post Codes: 7630, 7402, 7612, 7610, 7691, 7400
     

  • Local Same Day Delivery - Area A ($15)
    Post Codes: 7630, 7402, 7612, 7610, 7691, 7400
     

  • Standard Delivery - Area B ($15)
    Post Codes: 7692, 7475, 7471, 7410, 7477, 7334
     

  • Standard Delivery - Area C ($15)
    Post Codes: 8051, 8083, 8052, 8053, 7670, 8061, 8062, 8013, 8042, 8024, 8023, 8011, 8041, 8014
     

  • I want to help
    If your post code isn't here, and some aren't, call me on 027 405 2100. I might be able to make it happen.

5. Customer Collects

  • Same Day Local Collection 
    Collections can be made the same day 2pm-6pm Mon-Fri is available if an order is placed before 11:30am on day of collection.
     

  • Next Day Local Collection
    Next Day Collection is available between 2pm-6pm Mon-Fri if an order is placed before 2pm the day before
     

  • But tell me the pick up time
    Call or Text me to let me know what time you're thinking of collecting within the time frames so I can have it ready. +64 027 405 2100.
     

  • Collection location
    24 Paget Drive, Woodend
     

  • I want to help
    Text or Call +64 027 405 2100 if anything changes, or for collection availability outside of these hours.

3. Same Day Local Delivery

  • Same Day Local Delivery is Monday to Friday.
     

  • Same Day Local Delivery is only available for orders for the Local Delivery Area A at this stage.
     

  • Orders for Same Day Local Delivery need to be in before 11:30am for delivery that afternoon. 
     

  • I want to help
